La terza edizione del Festival The Vegetarian Chance si svolgerà a Milano al Mudec l’11 e il 12 giugno. Al concorso internazionale parteciperanno otto cuochi da Giappone, Italia, Olanda. Programma, contenuti e partecipanti saranno annunciati durante una conferenza stampa in programma il 19 maggio alla Joia Academy e poi pubblicati in questo sito. Ci saranno show cooking vegetariani, un seminario sull’analisi sensoriale del cioccolato, una tavola rotonda e la proiezione di documentari della fondazione Good Planet.

The third edition of the festival The Vegetarian Chance will be held at Mudec in Milan on the 11th and 12th of June. Eight chefs from Japan, Italy and Netherlands will participate in the international contest. The program, contents and participants will be announced at a press conference scheduled at the Joia Academy on May 19 and then published on this website. There will be vegetarian show cookings, a seminar on chocolate organoleptic analysis, a panel discussion and the screening of documentaries from the Good Planet foundation.
