Dal 2014 Carlo Somaini, produttore esecutivo presso la RSI (Radiotelevisione svizzera), videomaker e amico, filma il nostro concorso. Le sue immagini aggiungono valore all’evento mettendo in risalto la professionalità dei cuochi concorrenti e la spettacolarità dei loro piatti creativi e colorati. In poco più di due minuti Somaini riesce a condensare il senso di una competizione, dove il cibo è gusto, salute, cultura, estetica e amore per la natura. Ai concorrenti ogni anno non vengono chieste solo due semplici ricette, ma di mettersi in gioco raccontando qualcosa di loro stessi e della loro visione del mondo vegetale. E alla fine arrivano a The Vegetarian Chance avendo compiuto un percorso di ricerca sul campo e dentro sé stessi. From 2014 Carlo Somaini, executive producer at the RSI (Swiss Radiotv), videomaker and friend, films our competition. His images add value to the event highlighting the professionalism of the competing chefs and the spectacularity of their creative and colorful dishes. In two minutes Somaini condenses the sense of a contest, where food is taste, health, culture, aesthetics and love for nature. Every year the competitors are asked to present not just two simple recipes, but to express something about themselves and their vision of the plant based world. They then arrive at The Vegetarian Chance contest having accomplished a path of research on the field and within themselves.
